Tuesday, Wednesday and Thrusdays
Novice practices - 4:00 p.m.-5:15 p.m.
Intermediate and Age group levels- 4:30-6:00 p.m.
Saturday practices-Strawberry Recreation Center, 118 E. Strawberry Dr. Mill Valley, CA 94941
open to all 8:00 a.m. -10:00, includes 1/2 hour land work or stretching
bring mat and stretch clothes
FEE: $120/month
